This Privacy Policy explains what information Delegation Droid ("we", "us") collects when you use our app, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account information: your email address, display name, and password hash (we never see your password in plain text).
- Household content: the child profiles you create (first name, age, avatar), chores, rewards, points, and redemptions.
- Billing information: handled by our payment processor Stripe. We store your subscription status and a Stripe customer ID — not full card numbers.
- Usage analytics: aggregated page views and events (via Google Analytics 4) used to improve the product. IP addresses are anonymized where supported.
- Support messages: anything you send us through the Help page.
How we use information
To operate and secure the Service, provide AI chore suggestions, process payments, respond to support requests, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal information.
Children
Delegation Droid is intended for use by parents and guardians. Child profiles are created and managed by an adult account holder. We ask you to enter only first names (or nicknames) for children — not last names, addresses, phone numbers, or other contact information. Children do not create accounts.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us run the Service: Supabase (database and authentication hosting), Stripe (payments), and Google Analytics (usage measurement). These providers are contractually required to protect your data.
Storage and security
Data is stored on managed infrastructure with encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Row-Level Security is enforced so families can only access their own data. No system is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.
Your choices
- Access, update, or delete profiles and household data from within the app.
- Cancel your subscription at any time from Billing.
- Request account deletion via the Help page.
- Opt out of Google Analytics using a browser-level control or extension.
International users
The Service is operated from the United States. By using it, you consent to your information being processed in the U.S.
Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced by email or in the app.
